Friday, November 20th
Mo Phillips Music Time in N PDX. Bring the whole family to rock out to fun and energetic tunes performed by one of Portland's favorite children's musicians. Friday, 10-11 am. $5 per child.
Storytime with Olive and Dingo in NE PDX. Lovable clowns Olive and Dingo will be telling stories, singing songs and making balloon creations for all ages. Friday, 3-4 pm. Free!
Eco Kid's Club in NE PDX. All ages are welcome to come play, learn about the environment and make new friends. Activities were designed by kids for kids and will be followed by a showing of an earth-friendly movie. Bring a dinner dish to share or eat at home first and enjoy the provided snacks. Friday, 5:30-8 pm. Free!
Saturday, November 21st
Angel Tree Walk at Lloyd Center in NE PDX. Join a festive walk led by Santa that ends at a holiday party filled with games, crafts, music and fun. Saturday, 9-11 am. Please bring one unwrapped gift per participant as a donation.
International Games Day in Milwaukie. Game lovers ages 5 and older are invited to make their own board games, play with provided board games, or participate in Xbox One, Pokemon and Magic the Gathering group play. Saturday, 10 am-4 pm. Free!
Junie B. Jones at the Oregon Children's Theatre in SW PDX. Come out for closing weekend of this delightful musical based on the New York Times Bestselling book series. Recommended for ages 4 and older. Saturday, 2 pm and 5 pm. Sunday, 11 am and 2 pm. $14-$32.
Metro Dancers 2015 Dance Mosaic in SE PDX. All ages are welcome to enjoy this annual repertory concert featuring local dancers and choreographers in classical, modern, ballet and jazz performances. Saturday, 3 pm and 7 pm. $10 for child/senior. $15 for high school/adult.
Sunday, November 22nd
Silent Santa *For Kids with Sensory Issues* at Bridgeport Village in Tualatin. This event was specially designed for those who prefer a calm and relaxed environment. Dim lights, quiet ambience and a Silent Santa provides a safe space for holiday fun. Pre-registration is required. Sunday, 9-11 am. Free!
Come Play with Knives in SE PDX. Trackers Earth is hosting a family-friendly party for all ages to learn basic knife and wood-carving techniques, as well as archery, blacksmithing and fire starting. Sunday, 2-4 pm. Free!
Make Your Own Holiday Cards in NE PDX. Learn embossing, stamping and paper techniques with provided materials and expert advice to make your own holiday cards. Sunday, 3-4:30 pm. $15 including materials fee.
