Friday, July 10th
Mo Phillips Music Time at TreeHouse in N PDX. Join this local kindie rocker as he performs his original children's songs in a fun and engaging setting. Friday 10-11am. $5.

Gogh Kid's Canvas Painting Classes in Tigard. Kids ages 4 and up enjoy step-by-step painting classes to create an 11x14 masterpiece. Materials and snack provided. Friday 4-5pm. $15. Registration required.

Song Circle at Vista House in The Columbia River Gorge. Sing along, play along, or just sit back and enjoy a campfire and folk songs with a view of the Gorge. Friday 7-9pm. Free!

Saturday, July 11th
Kids Dig! at Fort Vancouver. Kids explore the world of archeology by excavating a site and learning about what they unearth. Saturday 10:30am & 2pm. Ages 8-12. Free with park admission.
Summer Arts Family Fun Day at the Portland Tram in SW PDX. All ages are welcome to enjoy ceramic tile painting, balloon animals, face painting, and tours of the Tram engine and control rooms. Saturday noon-4pm. Free!
Sounds & Tastes of the Farm at Bella Organics on Sauvie Island. There's fun for the whole family including delicious farm food, beer & wine, live music, and hay rides. Saturday 5-8pm. $10 per car - cash only at the farm or purchase admission online with a credit card.
Sunday, July 12th
Amazing Super Hero Girl Story Time in SE PDX. Boys and girls of all ages will participate in activities focused on anti-bullying, self-empowerment, confidence-boosting, movement, and healthy eating lessons, along with a fun story time. Advance registration required. Sunday 10:30-11:15am. $12.
Jr. Roller Derby Intake at The Hangar at Oaks Park in SE PDX. Have a kid who is considering joining junior roller derby or know someone who is? Awesome! The Rose City Rollers' Junior Derby Programs are the best in the world. Young women, ages 12-17 are welcome to join the Seedlings training program. And girls ages 7-12 are may join the Rose Petals as Butterflies. Learn skating skills, and become part of the supportive and empowering community that is derby. Sunday noon-2pm. Free!
Big Surf! at North Clackamas Aquatic Park in Milwaukie. This open swim event features a wave pool, lap pool, and diving pool, as well as a kiddie pool, multiple water slides, and even a rock climbing wall. Sunday noon-6pm. $8 per child or $24 for a family pass. 
THPRD Concerts and Theater in the Park in Beaverton. Crafts, games, environmental demonstrations, and a performance by Songs for a New World - a two-act pop/rock revue - will be held at Shiffler Park Theater. Bring a picnic or buy food and drinks at the park. Sunday 6-8pm. Free!
