Friday, August 29th
Open Jump at Pump It Up in Beaverton. Let the kids work off that end-of-summer energy. $7. Friday 10am-12pm. 
Mo Phillips and BBQ at Whole Foods (Tigard). Celebrate summer with some rockin' kindie tunes and BBQ. Music is free. Burgers are $6. Friday 7-9pm. 
Flicks on the Bricks in Downtown PDX. The final movie of the season ends with a bang with Frozen. Free! Movie begins Friday at dusk. Pre-movie entertainment by Ryan Van Dordrecht begins at 7. 
Saturday, August 30th
Art in the Pearl. Over one hundred artists show their work, plus a world music stage and an education pavilion featuring hands-on art activities for kids. Free! Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm. 
Kids Storytime at Powell's. This week join for a reading of Peanut Butter and Cupcake by Terry Border. Free! Saturday 11am. 
Oregon Pacific Railroad Train Rides at Oaks Bottom. Take your favorite conductor for a real train ride. $5/passenger. Trains depart hourly from 12pm-5pm and last approximately 40 minutes. 
Cartoonist Matthew Holm comes to Green Bean Books. Join for a Q&A about his latest graphic novels followed by an author-led drawing activity. Free! Saturday 2-4pm.
The Alphabeticians at Mississippi Pizza. Enjoy some yummy pizza and some jamming tunes. A fun night for the whole family! $10/family. Saturday 4-5pm. 
Sunday, August 31st
Free Soccer Clinic with Soccer Shots. Enjoy a free 35 minute fun, non-competitive soccer skills clinic. Please pre-register. Various times and locations are available for Sunday. 
Sunday Fun at the Tram. Food, face painting, balloon making, crafts, and live music - plus a chance to see the view from the tram! Entertainment is free. Sunday 1-3pm. 
Math Slam at Tabor Space. Like a poetry slam, but with math! Free! Sunday 7-8:30pm.
