REMINDER: upcoming urbanMamas coffee playdates

We had a great time meeting new mamas last Friday!  Thank you all who came.  Due to the many requests, mamas want to have more urbanMamas coffee playdates.  Come, meet, and enjoy!  Try to RSVP in the comments if you can make it.

It is this weekend. Hooray. Could you add this to the calendar or add a reminder?
Many thanks!

See you there! This will be my first UrbanMamas event and I am very excited.

I'm confused. The 17th was last weekend. Is there another date set for the 24th?

It was. It was great meeting some new urbanMamas. However, there was a low turnout. It could be that there just isn't the interest as family time is primarily weekend time.

I don't know if people want to do it again or perhaps plan on a different venue - maybe a park & picnic thing. If so, I would be willing to volunteer to show up again.

Have a good Memorial Day weekend! :)

I totally would have been there but didn't put it on my calendar and completely forgot without a reminder!

We've added it to weekend warriors this week as another reminder to familes to gather at Sydneys on Sunday the 24th. Hope to see more folks there!

I wish I could be there, but I will be away this weekend. If you do a June one, I will be there. Have fun!

Posies--on Denver in Kenton. Just opened. Bright, airy, and has a playroom for kids. Feels like urban loft meets farm house--it's cozy and the aesthetic works. delightful.

Ladybug Coffee in St. Johns. Spacious, all organic and has toys, couches, tables and a play structure and park are literally across the street!

Hi,

I just moved to Portland from New Haven, CT and stumbled upon your terrific website; however, outside this occasional coffee playdate, I couldn't find a regular playgroup. In the summer, my old playgroup used to meet every week at a park, with different folks taking turns bringing snacks. It was a great way for stay-at-home partners to meet others and have adult conversation. In the winters, we tended to meet in libraries or people's homes. Is there anything like that in Portland?
Thanks so much,
Dani
