Boise Eliot school

I live in the Boise neighborhood and would like some feedback from anyone who has experience having a child at Boise-Eliot preK-8? I would like to see school become something spectacular, because we have a great neighborhood and deserve a great neighborhood school. That's going to take some work on everyone's part. The school can use your support and the PTA is ready to field any questions/concerns. My daughter will be 4 next year, and we are considering sending her there. Anyone from our neighborhood out there? I am curious to hear what you have to say...
any feedback on the new school proposal to feed Boise to Jefferson?

We just moved into the area. My older son is in first grade and Boise-Eliot, and my younger son will start kindergarten there next year. We have been very happy with the school and my son's teacher. My son is learning a lot and likes it much better than his last school (which was a well-respected, well-funded private school).
