My name is Danna and I am a certified yoga instructor, as well as a mama to a two-year old boy and currently 3 months pregnant with baby #2! I teach vinyasa flow at a studio downtown, as well as regular one-on-one sessions with clients, but I would love to start teaching a prenatal yoga class out of my home! We live in the Murrayhill area of Beaverton and since learing I was pregnant, it has come to my attention that there aren't a whole lot of choices when it comes to prenatal yoga in the Beaverton area.
Prenatal yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility, as well as cultivate a little bit of peacefulness during your pregnancy. The class would be 75 minutes long and I would ask for a donation of $10-$15 per student. We have a nice big den area with hardwood floors to hold practice on. I am thinking that Saturday mornings at 10 would be a good time, if I could find a few other ladies who would be interested in attending! YES, that's right, i am doing my semi-annual purging of the stuff. this stuff feels like it is swallowing my home, but perhaps you have a place for an item or two (or 10 or 20, who am i to argue?) here you will find tons of new and lightly used toys, baby slings, clothes, furnishings, and other items...
i am constantly updating my craigslist ad and also have a TON of clothes (newborn-5 boy, newborn-10 girl, and teen/ladies/juniors small and medium) and shoes (same size range), and books and toys that i have not individually listed yet. also have a big dresser with a mirror attached and some kitchen appliances/ gadgets that i may be persuaded to sell! also a breast pump, petunia picklebottom diaper bag, little tikes slide and other outdoor items...
please let me know if you're needing anything, listed or not!

He has worked in bicycle shops for over 23 years, and spent almost 10 years working as a professional mechanic with Shimano America as a mechanic for professional road races.
Come join Jason for a weekly 2 hour - 4 week bicycle maintenance class where you can learn the secret on basic bicycle maintenance to keep your bicycle running fast and efficient. This 4 week course will teach you the foundations of:
· flat tires
· headset adjustment
· bottom bracket
· basic bicycle fit
