Scrubby Notebooks: the portable whiteboard with a social conscience

November 08, 2015

Colorful and skull juniors edit 1-smaller
Scrubby is a reusable notebook made with dry erase pages so you can create anywhere. Use it with dry erase markers and it works just like your whiteboard. Use it with correctable markers and the ink does not wipe away, but erases easily with the pen's eraser or a cloth.

It's rugged and waterproof so you'll be able to reuse it over and over again. The covers feature amazing art by homeless youth from p:ear and a portion of proceeds benefit this great organization.

It's a great way to keep kids unplugged and entertained at restaurants or while travelling. Perfect for practicing writing or math, doodling, exploring ideas or playing hangman. Parents will love using them, too!

The notebooks are designed and produced in SE Portland (printed and bound at Col-Tab, a woman-owned business on SE Belmont).

Local early birds will get their notebooks in time for the holidays!

Skills5

Awesome tool for kids to connect the dots between how they're feeling, who's involved, and how to cope.  Great way "in" for kids and adults to talk about the important, sometimes uncomfortable stuff.  Please check it out and consider pre-ordering a deck.  Every bit of support helps get this project off the ground.  Thank you!!  Feedback welcome here or via email - ksnellryan@gmail.com

Art Lessons with Creative Cycle

March 30, 2012

Hello.

My name is Loren, and I would love to work with your child or teen to foster their artistic talents and nurture their creativity.

Creative Cycle brings high quality fine arts instruction directly to your doorstep.  Lessons can be private, or for a small group.  Instructional programs are individually tailored to meet your child's needs and build on their interests.

If your child or teen is passionate about art, and would benefit from going beyond their in-school art program, I would love to meet with you and discuss the ways in which we can work together to fulfill their needs.

For more information, please visit my website.  I look forward to hearing from you soon!Logo_web

Hello, I received a floral diaper cake for my shower. It was beautiful and really not like any that I have seen in the past, so I thought I might give them a shootout to everyone. Thanks Ray and Kathy! www.bloomingdiapers.com
