Childbirth Classes for Growing Families

The next series will be on
October 16, 23, 30
from 10am to 2pm
at the Sunnyside Swap Shop Co-op, in SE Portland

I use a variety of interactive activities to facilitate
* bonding with our changing bodies and our growing babies,
* learning how to work with our physiologic processes in birth,
* learning how to make informed choices for ourselves and our families,
* and forming a community of birthers!

I offer my childbirth ed classes in a 3 part series, Saturdays October 16, 23 and 30 10am-2pm

$150 for the series, per mama and support person.
Families of ALL shapes and sizes welcome!
