Position: Diaper Therapist to the Eco-Savvy, part-time 20 hours a week (aka Customer Care Representative)

What does a Diaper Therapist do? We are looking for energetic and articulate individuals to share the job of providing high-touch customer support to gDiapers users. This includes:
- Implementation of all aspects of customer support
- Receiving and replying to phone and email inquiries about product and/or customer orders
- Coordinating with Operations, Marketing and Sales to improve customer experience
- Tracking all inquiries in customer database
- Coordinating returns as requested by customers
- Monitoring customer quality control returns
- Participation in creative brainstorming sessions
- Providing consumer feedback and research to Marketing and Product Development
- Administrative support as requested
Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate has the following skills:
- Flexible, ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, start-up environment
- Superior ethics, especially in regards to financial transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Articulate and efficient handling of customer inquiries
- Top-notch computer skills including emails, spreadsheets, database entry, MS word, and graphics handling
- College degree and/or previous customer support experience preferred
