Position:  Diaper Therapist to the Eco-Savvy, part-time 20 hours a week (aka Customer Care Representative)

What does a Diaper Therapist do?  We are looking for energetic and articulate individuals to share the job of providing high-touch customer support to gDiapers users.  This includes:

• Implementation of all aspects of customer support
• Receiving and replying to phone and email inquiries about product and/or customer orders
• Coordinating with Operations, Marketing and Sales to improve customer experience
• Tracking all inquiries in customer database
• Coordinating returns as requested by customers
• Monitoring customer quality control returns
• Participation in creative brainstorming sessions
• Providing consumer feedback and research to Marketing and Product Development
• Administrative support as requested

Who are we looking for?  The ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Flexible, ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, start-up environment
• Superior ethics, especially in regards to financial transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Articulate and efficient handling of customer inquiries
• Top-notch computer skills including emails, spreadsheets, database entry, MS word, and graphics handling
• College degree and/or previous customer support experience preferred
