ISO: Attorney

Hi,
We just moved to NE Portland from Seattle (me, J., and baby Asa - 6 months) last week and are in need of an attorney.  We need someone who is ethical and is preferably less that $200/hr.  It'd be nice if they deal well in business law, but general legal work is fine, too.  We need a lot of help getting out of an awful business situation in Seattle.  It is the primary reason we moved here and we really just want to get on with our lives.

Hi; They're all over the place, of course, but I have a high-powered group and a low-powered attorney and love them both - fortunately I hardly ever need them, but...

Tom works from home and is low-key but very sharp and is very honest.

More expensive is Perkins Coie - they're a hot shot corporate firm in the Pearl but I use a real estate attorney there (I'm an architect) when I have real estate dealings and he's also very clever. At times I have used his assistants who are less expensive, but my guy oversees them.
