Profile:We have owned an operated our business for 18 years. Our specialty is thorough and detailed cleaning- we are not a dust and dash operation! Our clients are elite; primarily on the west side and in downtown We are a fair and generous company with integrity - we live up to our word.Objectives: Find employees who want a fun energetic LONG TERM job. Offer flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.- Mon- Sat. so college students and moms can work and go to school or be home for the kids after school. Train employees to be the best housecleaners in the metro area. Compensate employees so they will have great job satisfaction. Keep employees close to home so they travel less than the average metro commuter does. Provide employees with everything they need to be successful.Skills: (job requirements for our employees) Be outgoing and energetic. Have a strong sense of initiative. Be trustworthy. Understand attention to detail. Own an automobile and have a valid driver’s license. Speak, read, and write english, Be able to lift 25 pounds. Be bondable. Wages & Benefits: TRAINING: $9 per hour. ONCE TRAINED (usually takes about 4 weeks): $10 per hour- then raises are given based on merit. Earn up to $15 per hour. Our average wage is $13 per hour. Benefits include gasoline allowance, health insurance allowance, cell phones, gasoline credit cards, and paid vacation. Plus, clients love to give tips!!
