About our days:
The group I care for, and learn alongside with, are inquisitive, active and creative toddlers. We have room for another friend who is two or three years old to join our play-based learning community on Tuesdays through Fridays. We would love to find a child who is part of a family that believes that play is at the center of a child's learning and ultimately is the heart of childhood.
We have joyous days, full of spontaneous laughter, hugs, and music making. We sing and dance together. We enjoy time in our cozy area reading stories and having conversations together. Outdoors, in our big backyard the children run, jump, swing, slide, dig, explore bugs and plants, and play ball.
The children are engaged in projects throughout the year that reflect their questions, thoughts and interests. Right now we are engaged in a study of light, as well as interesting construction projects in the building area. All the children contribute to the curriculum, and families are always welcome here!
