Hire This Nanny Before Someone Else Does! She is a Dream Come True!

Hello parents,

I'm writing to let you know about an incredible nanny that has been working with us for the last year. Ausa has guided our two year old daughter (and us) through many important changes since she began working with us. From potty training (that's right... I said POTTY TRAINING) to learning how to dress herself, our daughter received special support and guidance from her nanny who we trust as a family member.

Ausa was raised in a Waldorf environment from K-12 and brought that philosophy into our home. She is a kind, thoughtful, nurturing caregiver who worked closely with us to provide our daughter an enriched, healthy and most of all fun environment for our daughter to grow and explore. As first-time parents, we had many questions and concerns about weening, potty training, establishing table manners and other countless things that sound easy in books, but are complicated in real life. Ausa shared her experience in a wonderfully collaborative way, and helped us through one milestone after another in a way that seemed effortless.

I know I've already mentioned this, but I can't tell you what a big deal this is: Ausa potty trained our daughter before she was two years old using patience and positive reinforcement. She not only trained our daughter, but trained us in how to support our daughter. Her experience took something that had seemed overwhelming and made it very simple and doable. In addition, Ausa has been dedicated to feeding our child organic, non-processed, homecooked meals and keeps her engaged all day without tv or other screen media.

Sadly, we must move on this summer, and Ausa will no longer be with us, but I think so highly of her, I wanted to share our experience with you in order to make sure that other kids out there get to benefit from her special gifts.
