Great Nanny Available

Hi Mamas, My name is Sara and I am a great nanny with strong references looking for a new family to work with starting any time (sooner than later.) I am also happy to accommodate a nanny share.

I have experience with infants, toddlers and preschoolers and like to get the kids out for outings daily. We like to do the usual suspects such as OMSI, Zoo, Children's Museum, library, parks etc. and also look for less common things such as botanical gardens, Audubon Society, CHAP Art Factory, paint your own pottery places, preschool swim time, skating, etc. We also like to do some crafts, cooking projects, grow vegetables from seed and free play at home. I am happy to attend various classes with your child, and also have experience with infant and toddler potty training.

I am very patient, handle stress well, and consider myself generally easy going. I am also VERY reliable and punctual
. I am CPR certified and college educated. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, light yard work and of course cleanup and laundry related to the kids. I grew up with dogs and as an adult have a cat so I am pet friendly as well.

My ideal family/families will have excellent communication skills, dependability (will follow through with what you say you will do,) not be averse to public transit/biking, and have a generally happy demeanor. My not-that-old car isn't currently running but I am happy to bus, bike, walk, pull a wagon or drive your car with a willingness to use my zip car account on an occasional basis if needed. I live in SE (on the 10, 14, 72 and near the 19 bus lines) and would LOVE to work with a family who also lives in SE.

Ideally I am looking for full time, but will consider 20-25 hrs as long as they are guaranteed 52 weeks a year and are scheduled in such a way that I could take on another part time job without too much difficulty. I am looking for a long term year round commitment of at least one year if possible. My rates start at $12/hr or $7/hr per family if a share.
