This fall, Oregonians will consider Measure 49, a fix for Measure 37, which was created by the Legislature. Measure 49 protects Oregon's farms, forests, and groundwater, as well as the rights of families to build homes on their own property. Measures like this one are fundamental to ensuring that future generations are able to enjoy the same beautiful land and valuable natural resources that we have today. |
The Oregon Environmental Council and many other organizations and individuals support this important piece of legislation for the environment and for Oregon children. |
